Web tracking accomplished by mechanical shift of the complete film or paper feed chassis. This creates a very short distance between the last point of adjustment and the tube forming area, which allows nearly immediate tracking response not possible on other machines. This feature eliminates the need for extra material on either edge of web, which is trimmed and discarded on conventional systems, causing about 40% packaging material losses. Furthermore, this feature keeps the graphics position centered properly on the packs at all times.

Tube forming station designed without the conventional forming shoulder, which allows tighter control of the film position on the tubes with lower forces impacting on the web, which dramatically reduces paper dust generation.
