The VISITRON filler family ensures safe and high hygienic bottle handling. We are able to offer filing systems which cover a broad spectrum of the beverage industrial needs; carbonaed and non carbonated beverages or mineral water, beer, juices, dairy products or editable oils can be filled into Glass, PET bottles or Beverage cans.

Filling in Glass and PET bottles, hot or cold, can be with one and the same filler.

 

The filling level can be electro-pneumatically controlled with great precision according to the volumetric concept. Our filling valves allow for utmost flexibility in the seleection of the filling process, filling method andthe retrofitting to different types of bottles or sizes.
In order to meet a wide range of requirements for the liquid food industries, our fillers are designed to fill using over pressure principle and are available as well in ultra-clean design

Flexible Filling of High viscosity Products: "Electro pneumatically controlled valve with volumetrically leveling for filling of dressings, vinegars with our without herbs in Glass or HDPE or PET bottles.

Flexible Filling of Edibal Oils: The same filler can be supplied with a mass flow measuring device for precise filling of editable oils

“VISITRON VKR-EI-DN FILLER” The filling valves are mounted externally to the filling ring, are electro pneumatically countrolled and made by using the latest technology for volumetric filling. They are designed for filling beer, sparkling or still wines, carbonated juices, high viscosity products, water, juices, teas and wines.

“VISITRON VKR-ES-DNH FILLER” Electro-pneumatically controlled modular constructed valve with double vent tune for filling carbonated beverages, beer and all non-carbonated beverages, juices with our without pulps, dairy drinks in glass bottle or jars. This filler allows fast and indivitually programmable filling steps for different type of filling. Filling process phases are saved in a CPU allowing quick change over between different filling media and can heights.
